Momentum and accomplishments are key to a quick and successful career transition. While the personal interaction between our consultants and their clients is crucial to a meaningful experience, we recognize that technology can help "accelerate the process". By having access 24/7 to the OCC, individuals can work at their own pace, control their own schedule and maintain the critical momentum that is needed for a job search. By accessing the OCC on their own schedule, individuals are free to choose the time that works best for them.
Self-Directed
The Online Career Center is an Internet-based complement to our support, materials, guidance and group activities. With an individual password, participants simply log on from their computers and access their personal workbooks. Most importantly, their own personal career consultant is available at any and all steps of the OCC and the transition process.

- The choice of working independently on the OCC or partnering with your personal consultant.
- Interactive exercises which help individuals build a "sales package" to market themselves successfully to potential employers.
